Hello!

I am Ian Croft, a Fellow of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) and the owner of Easi-Ear Hearing Care.

Ian was a godsend and fitted me in last minute for micro-suction on both ears that had been blocked for over a week. I am now no longer living underwater and can carry on with my business in the land of the living! He also gave me some good advice regarding future care of my ears - goodbye Otex and hello olive oil! The treatment was gentle and Ian is very empathetic and make me feel very comfortable.

I went there to get my ears syringed, as wax had blocked my ears, and I had tried using otex to clear the blockage with no luck. He examined both ears, explained that the otex had melted the wax, and it had stuck to my ear drum, so advised I use clinical olive oil twice a day in the ear. Excellent service. My ears were full of solid wax and I have a narrow ear canal. I never thought the wax was going to come out. It took a couple of appointments and I took advice from Ian about using the medical olive oil drops in-between. And then he managed to remove the solid wax from both ears. And I can now hear better than ever. Highly recommended!
